Stay on top of the students. There is a tendency for online students to procrastinate. Don't let them. Communicate. Let them know that you're there to help them.
What do you know about physics? Do you have a teaching credential? With all the online colleges springing up, you can probably get a job if all you know is how to rub two electrons together.
