With so many different customs and lifestyles, people will wear all different types of clothing and accessories to express themselves. So, yes, some people will still wear wave caps. It's what makes everyone an individual and unique. There are no set rules for fashion and people will do what makes them feel comfortable.

Sometimes I still see people wearing wave caps or doorags but not as often as I used to see it back in the early 90's. I noticed that it has become sort of an outdated trend in hip hop to wear them anymore, but sometimes I will see people wearing ones that say "Titan" on the elastic band.
