Do nurseries ever give away free plants?

I have know of nurseries that do this. I would recommend that you call all the local nurseries in your area and tell them about your charity. Then I would ask them if they could make a donation. Alot of companies will do this because it gets the word out.

I've never known a nursery to give plants away for free unless they are almost dead but if you want them to raise money for charity I think most places these days would donate some for free if you provide proof of charity status.
