Contact your state's employment agency and ask them what you should do. If you have a union, definitely contact them. Some states however don't have laws that require you to receive breaks so make sure to check that first also. But if it's against the law, it's your unions job to take care of this.

The short answer is no. To file grievances about not receiving lunch brakes, or other work related problems that seem unfair, file the complaint to your local labor union chapter.

By law you are required to get a lunch break as well as two breaks during the day, it would probably be professional to first consult with the company that you are working with and state your problem and see what explanation they may have for not allowing their workers to have a lunch break.

It depends on how many hours a day you are working. If you are working 5 or less hours most employers won't give you a break; but if you are working more than that you need a break and should go file a grievance.

There are a certain amount of hours that qualify you for a lunch break. If you are under those hours that you would quality for a 15 minute break.
