No, but you should probably use an apostrophe. For example, you might say something like, "I have twelve years' experience in retail." However, you do not need to put a hyphen between the two words.

You may put a hyphen in that phrase. It actually really depends on what the complete sentence is. The hyphen denotes possession so if the tone of your sentence is such, then you may use it. Otherwise, you can eliminate it.
