You need a credit card, debit card, or bank account to sell on eBay. You must also have a verified PayPal account. This is not particularly necessary for the selling aspect, but for verification. To accept payments you can use you credit/debit card or bank account linked through PayPal. Currently, eBay only allows sellers to accept payment through PayPal.

In order to get paid your money, Ebay requires you to set up some form of payment method, usually through PayPal. You need a debit or credit card for paypal.

You are able to do it with a Debit Card or a paypal account. You are able to pay your sellers fee by check through the mail. You have to pay sellers fee each month based off a percentage of sales if you sell something along with the posting fee.

A credit card is not needed to be a seller on eBAY. You may set up a sellers account with your banking information or by creating a PayPal account.
