Yes, they actually do. Well, officially it's 'clear' but that makes it perfect for everyone. They also have an 'advanced' version with 4 points to help hold your nose open.

The original Breath Right strips now come in clear, if that would be better for you. I have also seen strips of similar design from other companies that come in a large selection of colors, but none that I would consider skin tone for african americans. So the clear would probably be your best bet.
