Do Aussie people make grills that are different from American grills?

Aussie people make their grills in much the same way as Americans do. They do probably use charcoal grills more than gas grills though.

In general their grills are the same, however some people have found them to be somewhat inferior. They tend to work properly, but they rust out too quickly.
