Yes Simon Cowell did help to produce the children`s program teletubbies. He did this project before he became famous for American idol and x-factor programs.

No. Simon Cowell had nothing to do with the Teletubbies' television show. He did, however, produce a music album of theirs entitled "A Teletubbies Christmas."

Teletubbies was produced by David G Hiller and Vic Finch. Simon Cowell has produced the Idol franchise and Il Divo, among other talent contests.

Simon Cowell did not produce the the Teletubbies on television. His production company did produce the Teletubbies Christmas album though.
