Sienna Miller claims her voicemail was hacked and supposedly she is not the only celerity who has had this happen. The theory is that it is a huge conspiracy and companies involved are being investigated because if this really is happening it is a huge invasion of the privacy act

Yes I think it probably did. The News of the World appear to have hacked into many celebrities phones as well as Sienna Miller's so I think its probably true that they have hacked into hers. Scotland Yard are investigating it so it must be true.

It is not hacked, it's just a story for the media to gain popularity. After all, perhaps in concert with the media because of the popularity.
