Did Neo die at the end of the Matrix Revolutions?

Neo did indeed die at the end of the Matrix Revolutions. He ends up sacrificing himself by baiting the primary Agent Smith, causing the army of clones to explode, the Sentinels to retreat, and the Matrix to return to normal. He is unplugged from the Matrix and carried away by the Machines.

Neo died at the end by sacrificing himself and by doing that Neo saved both the machines and the humans.
