Sometimes there is a difference between scan and LMP but normally LMP is correct according to me provided LMP is remembered correctly.

If the doctor has dated you to nine weeks that would be to your LMP as this is how all pregnancies are dated.

Dating scan or ultrasonography determines Gestational age, which is usually determined by the date of the woman's last menstrual period(LMP).

That is from the date of your last period. For some odd reason the beginning of your pregnancy is counted from that date.
