Insofar as an aneurysm can be caused by increased blood pressure as the result of stress, and eye twitching can be the result of stress, twitching could precede an aneurysm.

Yes, an aneurysm is a weakened pouch in a blood vessel, collecting blood and causing enlargement. An enlarged vessel could put pressure on the Optic nerve causing eye twitching.

Probably not... an aneurysm is a weakness in a blood vessel, usually a ballooning out of a weak spot. The eye twitching is probably related to a nerve.

Somehow aneurysm causes eye twitching for the reason that brain aneurysm symptoms are vomiting and nausea, pain on some part of the neck, painful eye muscle above or at the back of the eye and sensitivity to lightalso dilated pupils. Probably eye twitching is also cause by aneurysm because most of the symptoms are related to the eye.

Aneurysms are very strange things that can cause no symptoms or many different symptoms. More than likely though eye twitching is caused by a muscle spasm or dehydration.
