Black shoes are perfectly acceptable to wear with brown trousers because they are considered a neutral color. Of course, a general rule is to wear pants that are no lighter than two shades from your shoes, so don't wear black shoes with very light brown pants.
It all depends on the shirt. But either way, it looks unprofessional and tacky. Try brown shoes instead, if you were to show up to an interview will black shoes and brown trousers you will most likely not be hired.
