TriOral toothpaste is safe to use on all mammals, this does indeed include both dogs and cats. It is also safe to use on pet rodents but not recommeded for birds.

No, you cannot use TriOral toothpaste on dogs and even cats. In general, we should purchase and use products that are made especially for the pets.
