If you feed your crab by hand, it will learn to trust you. Talk to it in a soft voice while your feeding it. It will eventually recognize your voice and will walk to you. Purchase a crab leash and take it for a walk.

I do not believe that you can as they are not "people pleasing animals". They have no desire to do tricks in order to gain affection or treats. They do not respond to praise as a dog or a cat might as they are very solitary creatures. They are content to thrive alone.

It is possible to train a hermit crab utilizing the soothing sound of your voice as well as a leash.

You can train a hermit crab to do very simple survival things, like how to find its food and water, but not really anything else.

the only thing you can train a hermit crab is were the food and water bowl is. you cant train them not to pinch, that what ceep them alive 20 years. the point is that you are 1 going to get sniped by your crabie... i aleredy have............ im 10.

crabs somtimes seem to you pinch for no reson.thay are acterly trying to stay alive heris a leson not to PLAY with crabs,I have pet hermits and thay are HUMUNGIS!!! i was seeign ir thay were ok by pocing them and it pinched me so leve crabs ALONE!!! there craby...
