Sometimes, but it would be very difficult. The sex organs are just starting to be visible at the level that can be seen at the ultrasound. Usually anatomy (and gender) scans are done a bit later, from 18 to 26 weeks.

Usually not. It usually takes about 17 to 20 weeks for the sex of the baby to be apparent, unless the baby is in a position that is blocking the doctor's view of the genitals.

You may be able to find out the sex at 14 weeks. It depends on the position of the baby and whether the ultrasound technician can get a clear view of the baby's genital area. Some technicians feel confident telling the sex at 14 weeks, but 18 to 20 weeks is a much more common time to definitively know.

The earliest most ultrasound techs will determine the sex of a baby is 16 weeks, however most will not confirm the sex till 20 weeks.
