Can you tell me what to wear while whitewater rafting?

If the weather is nice, I would wear a swimsuit (so you can easily get into the water) and a pair of shorts on top. And if there is a lot of sun, a t-shirt. If it is colder, I would consider a wet suit. Of course, for safety's sake, you should also put on a life vest.

Wear swimwear, or short pants when on the raft. Knee pads help, and elbow pads might help in some places. A helmet is a must.

Wear polyester, wool, and anything else that isn't cotton. Layer and wear clothing that will dry quickly. On warm days you can wear a swim suit.

You probably want to wear a tight shirt like an under armor material, nothing baggy that would weigh you down if you were to get wet.
