Remove the grill cover by prying it off with your fingers or a piece of plastic. There are four screws holding the speaker into its mount; remove them and replace with the same size speaker.

You need to first open the door. there is a plastic panel that covers the door. It is held in place by plastic clips. Start at the bottom and begin to pull the clips towards you working your way up. The armrest has two screws you take out. Once the panels off the speaaker has four bolts holding it.

You will need to loosen and remove the internal door panel to get the the back of the speakers. Disconnect the speaker wires and then remove the speaker from the panel. Install the new one, reconnecting the wiring. Then reinstall the panel. You may need new door panel secure pegs.

You have to unscrew all the screwed parts on the panel. Then remove the panel carefully. Unscrew the speaker and detach the speaker wires.
