You can put some wet floor-cloths under the legs of your furniture and move it without any help. Also you can put some heavy furniture on a trolley and move it. Before moving any kind of furniture you should as much as possible empty it in order to reduce its weight.

If you have to move your furniture from one place to another to some far distance, then first wrap all your furniture items with old newspapers and tighten each of the same seperately with the help of strings and by this method, no scratches would come on the furniture while moving even if handled improperly.
