Can you tell me how to install an electrical floor outlet?

A floor outlet is installed just like any other outlet. You should only use floor outlets on floors that you have access to underneath like in a plenum or second story. Place a heavy duty electrical box in the floor, run the black, white, and copper wires to it from the electrical box and hook the outlet up per instructions.

The best way to install an electrical floor outlet is to remove the baseboard and then make about 2" of drywall,drill the studs and pull the wire through the holes.

You will have to buy a floor mounted box from an electrical supplier or hardware store. Cut the hole in to fit the box and fish your romex wire to it and install the plug.
