I would start with your employer(s). If you are unable to obtain them their, you can request via the IRS website for 4506. There is a fee involved with this.

You can get a copy or order one from the human resources department of your job. Otherwise you may have to contact the corporate office to get a copy. These days most companies allow you to download it off their website for free.

W2's are available from your employer. They have to be mailed by the end of January. If you don't receive it call the employer, then report it to the IRS
