well, first you need to make sure you have an auto license. Then go through the process of getting the cars title in your name and notarized. get insurance. Then you can take the Insurance, title, and license into the DMV and get it registered,

You must have proof like a bill of sale or a signed title from the previous owener with the amount that you purchased the car for. Then go to the dmv and pay the fees to have it registered it your name.
