Have a friend who is taller than you and strong enough to lift you help. Have them stand behind you, cross your arms over your chest. Have your friend grasp your elbows and lift up gently at first while you relax your body.

If you are having back pains that prevent you from functioning normal, see a chiropractor. Or do like me and try the Yoga pose: Knee Down Twist. This pose is basically what my chiropractor did to me. Then I found out about this pose and stopped going to him!

HOw i do it is sit straight up in a chair facing forward and turn the top half of my body all the way in one direction and it ops

You should try getting an inversion table,strap your ankles into it then rotate the table so you're hanging upside down as it stretches the muscles and ligaments.
