Most high schools offer an Advanced Placement (AP) course in psychology. It covers general topics and is equivalent to an introductory course in college, of which you may skip later.

It all depends on the school you go to. My school offered it, and sociology, but our neighboring school doesn't.

Those are really two separate questions. You can take psychology in high school. You would need to take IP psychology in order for it to count towards your college credits. I know this sounds confusing, but that is the best thing that I can tell you. You should work with your councilor and see how they can he you.
