There are a lot of great nature poems. Some authors that seem to specialize in nature poems are Robert Frost and Emily Dickinson. Poems that are about nature and highly regarded by these authors include: "After Apple-Picking" and "The Sound of the Trees" by Robert Frost and "A Bird Came Down The Walk" by Emily Dickinson.

The Romantic era gave us a lot of beautiful Nature poems. You might want to look at William Wordsworth ("I wandered lonely as a cloud"), William Blake ("The Blossom") or John Keats ("Lines Written in the Highlands After a Visit to Burns' Country").
