Yes, there is one internet site in particular that still supplies genuine Singer parts, even the old treadles. You can go to the website and see if they have what you need. I would try Ebay for the manuals. They can be bought for a reasonable price, but may not have your exact model. I love Singer machines!

I have a 1970's Singer. Sometimes you can locate old manuals online by typing the exact model number of your machine into Google. Many old parts are still available online, or though a sewing machine repair shop. Ebay is another good place to find parts and accessories for vintage machines. Be as specific as you can when doing online searches.
