Can you still buy a camera that takes film?

You can as a matter of fact. It's rare now days to find film cameras in stores being they mainly sell digital cameras but if you shop online you can find ones that you can buy.

Yes you can, you can get disposables at most Walgreens or Wal-Mart. But just a normal reusable cameras you need to go to a specialty store.
