Among the very best books on the subject are by Robert Monroe. He wrote "Journeys Out of Body," and "Far Journeys." These are two of the best astral travel books ever written. Books by Sylvan Muldoon are recommended, especially 'Projection of the Astral Body.' For the novice astral traveler then "Astral Projection for Beginners' by McCoy is a good place to start.
