Yes you can. Tracphone is a pay as you go provider. You must buy cards (sold at many retailers nationwide) which are sold in many denominations: 60 minutes, 120 minutes, etc. You can also buy your minutes online. The price for minutes seems to vary anywhere from $10 to $200, depending on the amount of minutes you'd like.

Yes, that's all tracphone is really. You can buy the phone for as little as twenty dollars (in U.S.) if you just want a standard cell phone. They automatically give you ten minutes, but you can purchase anywhere from 25 minutes to a year's worth of minutes at any store.

You can most deffinatly add minutes to your trachphone. Just go to the store, "walmart" and purchase a prepaid tracphone card. Amount of minutes may vary.
