1. Ask your Adopters about the adoption agency from where your were adopted. They may have some record of your adoption. 2. Confirm whether any legal proceedings were involved in your adoption. 3. Confirm whether any birth certificate is available to trace your Hospital details. 4. Confirm with an Adoption Registry for some details if any.

Contact the adoption agency and see if they will give you whatever information they have on your parents. If your parents asked them to keep that information confidential, then you may not be able to get it.
