Yes, there are three Wario games available for DS: "Wario: Master of Disguise", "WarioWare: Touched!", and "WarioWare: DIY". If you have a DSi, you can also download "WarioWare: Snapped". If you have a standard DS that can play GBA games, you can also play older Wario games, including "Wario Land 4", "WarioWare, Inc: Mega Microgame$!", and "WarioWare: Twisted!".

There are several Wario games on can play on the DS such as "Wario: Master of Disguise". Unfortunately only the DS and DSlite can play the GBA Wario games.
