Can you help me with troubleshooting my PS1?

The PS-One is a fairly basic system. To troubleshoot it wouldn't take much more beyond checking the AV cables, power cable, and cleaning off the DVD drive lens. There are no drivers accessible for the system so things like updates or rollbacks aren't possible. Chances are it is probably just dead.

Your best bet. Is to check online. there should be a troubleshooting anwsers on the PS web site for the system.

You can look in your user's manual they usually have a guide in their to diagnose the most common problems happening with the ps1 unit. Its hard to help you without knowing you specific problem but I would try the owners manual and if that doesn't help try the internet.

In short yes i most likely can. Simple things to check would be; is it plugged in? Is it turned on? Is there a game in it?
