I'd need to know your particular problem, but take heart, Kenmore products are diehards. Even if out of warranty, Sears backs Kenmore and you can find a lot of troubleshooting on their site. Also, there are MANY Kenmore manuals free online and chats with Kenmore trained servicepeople that will help you out free. Mine helped me on Thanksgiving day.

Yes, there could be several problem with your Kenmore refrigerator that I could possibly help you with. It could either be internal or external but I am sure I could give you some tips.
