Can you help me troubleshoot my LG Chocolate?

It could be a lot of things, but most probable reason is the battery. It's either old and you should change it, or it's losing the connection to the phone for some reason. Try with another battery, and if that doesn't solve the problem, contact the official service.

The problem could be with your battery. The LG Chocolate battery life is typically around a year and a half at full capacity, after that, it is downhill. The battery WILL get to the point where it refuses to accept a charge. You may need a replacement battery.

It is very sensitive phone, if there is any troubleshoot ,we should check its betery , charge or code number.

First thing is to make sure your Battery is fully charged or replaced, you may need a new battery. That may be the whole problem. If you fix that and it doesnt resolve anything, then call tech support and they may be able to help you reset it.

Check for phone battery it may be dying out , if the battery is okay , then the problem ma be with the phone operating system contact the support.

I would take it to an AT&T shop, but chances are you need a new battery. You can get a new battery at the AT&T shop. I would also plug it into the charger and try turning it on.
