Can you help me troubleshoot my HP photosmart c5180 all in one printer that is jamming?

If the printer keeps jamming then one of the things you should check is that the paper is flat and the inside of the printer is free of ripped paper. I would open up the printer and verify there are no small pieces of paper inside.

I would be happy to. First check for broken parts, anything obvious. Second open the back door, look on the hp website for the manual if you don't have one. clean any obstructions. If neither of these work you can either open all doors on the printer and look for obstructions or email me, my username is my email.

yes of course i can help you for you problem, if you do not know how to troubleshoot your printer just get your manual. If you have it then there you can find the solution on how to troubleshoot. If you dont have your manual just go to the website of your printer then download the manual.

Make sure you have removed any possible causes of paper jams and give the rollers a clean with some alcohol based cleaner.

You should take all the paper out and make sure there is not a piece jammed deep in there. If everything looks good make sure the new paper does not have any kinks in it because that will also cause a jam.
