Due to some medicine and health condition the person might get a stroke during operation. When the blood clots in the body he might get stroke.

Yes, the strokes are possible during general surgery and the reason for the same could be the pulse of the patient going down.

I think you could have one during any type of surgery, but you would have to ask your doctor about it. There are allways risks in any surgery. But the doctor could tell you more, you should ask as many questions as you can just to make you feel better.
