Can you have pain in your back and down your right arm for a heart attack?

Yes. Many signs and symptoms of a heart attack include striking almost suffocating pains in your back that radiates to your arms. Any kind of chest pain included in this can be a bad sign. Also many have seen this with heartburn as well so don't be alarmed if this happens just calmly get to a doctor.

Yes. Pain in your back and down your right arm could be a sign your are having a heart attack especially if you are having other symptoms such as shortness of breath or chest pains. However, your only symptom could be the pain in the back and arm and not having chest pain or shortness of breath.

Usually the pain only goes down your right arm with a heart attack. You need to go to the doctor and get this checked quickly.

It is not a symptoms of heart attack. It is the symptoms of back pain and some type of muscule dislocation. The certain muscules dislocate from the exact area to another area and cause pain.
