2 pounds shredded pork, cooked
1 Lg. can tomatoes
1 pound onions, chopped
5 potatoes, diced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 C. Worcestershire
1/8 C. cider vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
Saute onions until translucent. Add the other ingredients. Simmer for one hour or until potatoes are tender. Serve over rice.
