Can you give me some ideas for a party with a turtle theme?

Have a nice turtle shaped cake. Also cut ovals out of card board and color or paste colored construction paper on one side to look like a turtle's shell. Poke four holes closer to one end and run yarn through them, making two loops. The kids can wear this like a backpack and become turtles. This is the party favor.

Obviously, anything with "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" is good. Plus, you can have "pin the shell on the turtle," races where the slowest wins, etc.
