Close family and relatives of the child will usually give Judaic gifts. For others, there are no "traditional" gifts, so the best idea is to give a gift that any usual 13-year-old would enjoy. Examples include an iPod, digital camera, clothing, or a gift certificate to let them choose exactly what they would like.

I would look into maybe getting him a gift card of some sort. Maybe a gift card to Game Stop or an itunes gift card.
