Ingredients: 1 lb. oxtails, 1 small can tomatoes, 2 sliced carrots, 2 sliced celery stalks, 2 medium diced onions, 2 medium diced potatoes, 3 cups water, 1 teaspoon salt and 3 beef bouillon cubes
Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 12-24 hours.
