Prepare pie crust and bake. Filling is 1 cup each brown sugar, corn syrup, pecan halves, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup cream. Mix and heat all in saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 20 minutes, or till somewhat thick. Pour into pie crust and bake for 40-50 minutes at 375F. Cool before slicing. Enjoy

Here's a no-fail pecan pie filling. Combine 2 well-beaten eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup dark corn syrup, 1 tblsp all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Stir in 1 cup pecan halves. Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell and bake 30 minutes at 350.
