Can you give me a review of the DeLonghi Cool-Touch Deluxe Deep Fryer?

We use the same fryer in our facility and we are happy with the results. The heating time is great, the inner coating prevents the oil from burning or sticking inside the fryer. It can hold a fair amount of food (we use it for deep fried pies) and so far it has worked impeccably.

This small appliance is attractive,has average sized fryer basket and easy to clean. As name implies oil is very hot but outside of fryer can be touched without being burned. Food cooked according to manufacturer instructions cooks thoroughly and tasty.

I enjoy it and the basket for grease dripping. It cooks faster and more evenly than a lot of the other ones.
