Can you give me a review of Beats of Rage?

Beats of Rage is an open-source PC video game released in 2003. This game is unique because it is customizable; users can create new games using the Beats of Rage engine. Although Beats of Rage is no longer supported by Senile Team, its developer, there are still user groups dedicated to adding new features to the game.

Well after playing the game a few things came to mind: It was fun but then again so was Streets of Rage. I can't really say much about the graphics because they were sprites from licensed games I've already played. But as I said earlier the games is fun for a homebrew game. Would prefer something completely from scratch though.

Very fun game. It's a 2d side scrolling fight game kind of like the old school classic Double Dragon or streets of rage set to a techno soundtrack.It's freeware open source engine is fully moddable. It is quite popular on the internet.Try to download it for the pc if you like side scrolling fighting games it's worth a try.

A fan-made game, homebrewed by a team called Senile. It's very similar to the classics such asFatal Fury.if you like the classics, then this is the game for you.
