Absolutely you can get a plus sized dress. When you order your wedding dress at the salon they take you measurments breast, waist, hips and the dress is made specifically for you and once it arrives the salon with do any alterations for you such as length.

Most reputable wedding shops will be able to order dresses in plus sizes. They may not however have a sample in your size to try on.
