Nextel might not provide you with free ringtones but you can still get them online from a lot of websites which offer them for free. You can download these directly through your phone, through your PC or transfer them through another mobile using Bluetooth. There are a lot of websites giving them for free.

Not that I know but you can purchase them through their website. Nextel is used mainly for business phones not personal use.
