I think that you can become infatuated after just one conversation, if it is interesting and you feel connected to the other person, but falling in love is something deeper than that and takes a bit more time.
I don't think this is possible because you need more than one conversation with an individual before you fall in love with someone. You need to get to know that person's character, beliefs and interests because you may confuse infatuation and lust with genuine love
