The real key is all about time and space. Get rid of such little reminders that will make u think of the person,no matter what it is. Physical activities might help such as running. Most important part is always keep a positive attitude an know u can move on.

Love is the strongest force in the universe. Therefore, the only possible way to fall out of love, is by finding another partner. In the beggining you may still miss the original lover, but eventually your new love will substitute the old.

Simple answer is to move on. You can never truly fall out of love with some one; you just have to find some one you love more. Keep moving forward, improve yourself and find some one new.

Stop communicating with her. 100%. Delete her phone number. Remove her as your Facebook friend. Don't talk to her family. If you had mutual friends, forget about them. They will just remind you of her. Easier said than done, but it works.
