Yes, you can, using XMPLay. Put lamelib or another mp3 encoder in the XMPlay directory, and select external - LAME in the output settings. You can get more specific instructions from XMPlay's website.

Yes it is possible to convert that particular format to mp3. You will either need to look for an online converter to do this or download a third party conversion program that will handle that format. Then just follow the directions to convert.

Yes, you can convert. First, open the file you wish to convert with XMPlay. Go to Output Settings and select External LAME option for device. You can use LAME or any other mp3 encoder as long as it is in your XMPlay directory.

Yes, you can. There are at least a dozen conversion programs available online (I know at least one that is free,) and some do mass conversion of multiple file types. The programs range in price and function, so you will need to research what works best for you.
